SUNDAY  -  We depart from pickups overleaf and travel by executive coach, with toilet and washroom on one level We make a stop at WORCESTER which will give you time to have lunch and a look around, then we continue on our journey passing through the Autumnal  Welsh countryside.

To arrive at the 3 STAR HOLIDAY INN CARDIFF CITY CENTRE, which will be our base.  

CARDIFF is the Capital and largest city of Wales.  

One of the most popular tourist attractions is Cardiff Castle, which houses some 200 years of history.  

The Hotel has a lift to all floors and we are booked in for Full Welsh Breakfast, and Evening Meal where you have a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts followed by tea or coffee.  

Rooms are Twin, Double and Single Rooms.  

Single rooms carry a supplement of £15.00 per night,  and a Twin or Double will be used for Sole occupancy.

On arrival your courier will check you in and inform you of meal times, then the rest of the afternoon is free until Evening Dinner.

MONDAY  -  Full Welsh Breakfast, then we meet the coach for our 2 hour guided tour of Cardiff by coach, visiting Cardiff Bay, once the old docklands, now a vibrant waterfront around the shore of a stunning freshwater lake, then on to Cardiff Bay and The Barrage, which is 1.1km long and includes locks, bridges, sluice gate and a fish pass.  This 220 million pound project was the catalyst for the 2 billion pound regeneration of the old docklands are.    

Then on to Penarth seafront, which is an elegant seaside town with a pier which has an Art Deco Pavilion, a beautiful esplanade and a modern Marina.


After the tour the coach will drop us back at our Hotel, and the rest of the afternoon is free for you to explore Cardiff and the shops.    Evening dinner in our Hotel.

TUESDAY Full Welsh Breakfast, then we meet the coach for our visit to The Royal Mint Experience, which includes a guided factory experience which takes 45 minutes, then entry into the exhibition which is self guided.  

This is one of the top attractions in Wales.  

The coach will return us to our Hotel, then the rest of the afternoon is free, visit Cardiff Castle, or do some more shopping.    

Evening dinner in our Hotel.

WEDNESDAY -   Full Welsh Breakfast, then we meet the coach, after breakfast, with our luggage, to commence our journey home.  

We travel through the beautiful Welsh countryside, which will be showing off its finest Autumn colours, crossing the Welsh border,  and we make a stop at ROSS-ON-WYE, a picturesque market town with its stunning Market House.  

You can purchase lunch here and you will have time to explore.    


We join the motorway and make our way home, making a courtesy stop at a services, when our driver will give estimated arrival home times, so passengers wishing to telephone home can do so.






Bookings are taken over the telephone, followed by £50.00 per person deposit, paid by bank transfer or cheque. With final payment 6 weeks prior to departure date.
